Shipping Cost

Within Sweden:  Free shipping for orders over SEK 5000 (incl VAT).

Within EU, Norway and Switzerland: Transport costs may vary subject to order and destination. Please contact info@carolineek.se to confirm the shipping cost of your order.

Payment

Invoice will be sent to the billing address once the delivery have been booked.

Delivery 

Caroline Ek Design delivers within Europe in cooperation with different carriers subject to destination. Products in stock are shipped within 1-5 business days. Products not in stock have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.  

As a customer you will be notified by phone by the carrier the days before delivery for more information about delivery day and time. For questions regarding delivery, please contact info@carolineek.se.

Return & Order Cancellation Policy

In stock products: Caroline Ek Design return period is 14 days from when the product is received. Refund will be provided within 30 days of product returned to us. The customer is responsible for the initial delivery and return cost of the product. The customer is required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item.

Made to order products: there is no opportunity to return made to order products once these have been produced and delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy: there is no opportunity to cancel made to order products once the production in process. Please contact info@carolineek.se if you wish to cancel your order.

Transport damage

In case of broken goods when you receive the product from the carrier please let us know within 3 days. It is important that you thoroughly check your package for damage when you receive it. If the product is damaged, save the damaged packaging to be able to make a complaint to the carrier.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
